Inbox rotation
Spread a campaign across every mailbox you have connected. Volume per address stays low, which is what keeps a domain trusted.
Cold email, sent properly
FAZLEY sends personalised campaigns through the Google and SMTP accounts you already own, paces every send to protect your sending reputation, and tells you exactly what happened to each one.
Your mailboxes. Your data. Nothing sent through a shared pool.
How it works
Sign in with Google, or add any SMTP host. Connect several and campaigns rotate across them - each keeping its own daily limit and its own pace.
Paste them, import a CSV, or push them in over the API. Every field you send becomes a merge tag you can use in the copy.
A first email and as many follow-ups as you want, each with its own delay. Follow-ups reply on the same thread and stop the moment somebody answers.
Sending happens inside the hours you choose, in your timezone, at the pace each mailbox allows. Opens, clicks, replies and bounces land back on the board.
What you get
No feature here is a placeholder. If it is on this page, it works in the product.
Spread a campaign across every mailbox you have connected. Volume per address stays low, which is what keeps a domain trusted.
Set how many emails a day each mailbox may send and the smallest gap between them. A campaign can never talk a mailbox into going faster.
Sequences run on the original thread and halt on a reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe - automatically, not on your next login.
Replies from every connected mailbox arrive in one place, matched back to the exact lead and step, and sorted into interested, not now, and out of office.
Check an address before you spend a send on it - deliverable, risky, role-based or dead - and see which provider and security gateway sits behind it.
Every event on every lead, with a per-step breakdown, so you can tell which email in the sequence is doing the work.
Name your schedules, pick days and hours in a real timezone, and give a campaign a start and end date. Nothing goes out at 3am by accident.
One-click unsubscribe headers, a working unsubscribe page, and a domain-level blocklist that stops a send before it happens.
Deliverability
Most cold email fails for boring reasons: too much volume from one address, too fast, or to addresses that no longer exist. FAZLEY is arranged to make each of those hard.
API
One account-level key. Name the campaign in the payload and the lead lands on its board, with whatever copy your own tooling wrote for that person.
